This is a cliche that is also true. Heaven exists on earth when all our needs are met. I have been there. I have felt it. I felt truly happy when I celebrated my 40th birthday just over a year ago on my favourite beach with my favourite people. The sea, the sky, the presence of my loved ones, the glorious hours stretching ahead of us. It was bliss.
I want to experience that again.
So how do I get to heaven on earth? Care for myself, care for others, sending and receiving love, being in nature and near water.
The luxury of time.
The presence of my dear dear friends.
